KYTHE is searching for a passionate Pioneer Youth Minister.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead faith-based youth work across Kinross-shire — building strong relationships with young people, local churches and community partners, while creating meaningful opportunities to explore the Christian faith.
We’re looking for someone who holds a recognised qualification in Christian Ministry (with a youth work focus) and brings experience of working with young people. You will be confident exploring the Christian faith with those at different stages of belief and bring strong relational and partnership-building skills to work effectively with churches, young people and the wider community.
A varied and impactful role combining youth work delivery, spiritual leadership and strategic contribution — with the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the local Christian community.
